The toe seams of socks produced in line with the demands of our customers can be made in two different ways. Comfort (Rosso) stitch or duplicate. Görkem Socks performs toe stitches with Conti-Complett machines and repeating machines.

Lavatec and Permak brand machines are used in the washing department. Pre-washing can be applied to the socks produced according to the wishes of the customers. Lavatec In machines, antibacterial (Sanitized, Aegis, Purista), Aloe Vera, silicone and various essences can be washed.

Ironing and jerseys of socks are made with HELIOT, TECNOPEA and CORTESE steam ironing machines. Görkem Socks performs the ironing of socks with its steam ironing machine.

It uses an ERP system for efficient use of warehouses. This system provides the order requirement in the raw material warehouse, the number of products in the warehouse and the addressing of the products. Thanks to the ERP system, all products in the warehouse can be found easily and quickly.

Our quality control team checks the socks in detail at every stage from yarn to transportation. Thanks to these controls, Görkem Socks has achieved all the necessary safety standards and this is a very important element that helps us to increase production quality.
